Is ayurvedic Medicine good for Arthritis and Tendonitis…?
Besides Glucosamine and Chondroitin and MSM it’s got to be something else to fight back Arthritis and tendon inflamation, especially in the shoulders.

I use Noxema. Its orange, blue and white containers. I use Noxema Triple Clean-AnitBacterial Lathering Cleanser first with warm water. Then i use the blue and white bottle called Noxema Daily Exfoliating Cleanser and wash it off with cold water. Then i use the smallest container which is called Noxema Triple Clean-Anti Blemish Pads. But i only use the pads at night because they make your skin really really shiny. After the two first bottles in the morning i use Oil Free Moisturizer [combination skin] by Neutrogena. My skin hasn’t got any pimples in a while. Except for around my period time. Its really works. I hope i helped

Exfoliating Scrub, Toner, Moisturizer, Mud Pack, Avocado Face Scrub – what are the steps?
I bought all these products today, and I’m just a little confused as to which to apply first. Can anyone lay them out in steps? Also, I have an idea, but just for clarity’s sake, can can anyone say how many times each of these products ought to be used? I know some must be used twice a day, some just once a week, etc. I want to make sure I have all the information.
Also, not all of these products are of the same brand. The exfoliating scrub and toner are by Nivea, the facial cleanser is by Eversoft, the mud pack is by Himalaya Herbals, and the moisturizer is by Garnier. Is it okay to mix brands like that, or do I need to get the same brands for each?
Sorry, I made a mistake, the Eversoft product was a facial CLEANSER, not a face scrub.
To clarify, the Eversoft product is the avocado face scrub I meant in the title, so what I really meant to write was Avocado Facial Cleanser, not Face Scrub. And yes, I am 20 years old, so I can use the mud pack right?

for oily skin it has to b – non -comodegenic and alchohol-free
for dry skin – there shud be wriiten “menat for dry skin ” on pack and shuld b moisturizing
for combination skin- m nt sure please see the pack for word “meant for combination skin”

1) apply the cleanser and wash off with water
2)follow it up with the toner and next time no need for a brand toner …simply use pure rose water not gulabaari gulab jaal ..and see the difference
also if u wnat to lighten ur skin by a few shaeds apply rose water 4-5 times a day and see the difference withing 1 month
3) moisturize ur skin and make sure u step out using a sunscreen
4)you may use the mudpack just once or twice a week and make sure to read the instuructions carefully
5) and you may use the scrub thrice or twice a week ..before cleansing .depending on ur needs ..

it is always better to get a face wsh instead of a deep pore cleanser and it clenases your pores deeply which is a gud point but if u dont have pores on ur skin over a perioid of long or excessive use you may develop open pores …

With global warming gaining traction, how can people say the USA will lose it’s dominance to China and India?
Global warming has accelerated the melting of glaciers in the Himalaya mountains, which feed into huge rivers which are the lifelines for both China and India. Rivers like the Ganges and the Yangtze irrigate farmland which literally feed hundreds of millions of people. I read that by 2030, the glaciers will be so small that the Ganges river will become a seasonal river, dry during the dry season and flowing during the rainy season. These countries can’t function if they don’t have these rivers.
Additionally, China and India pump out HUGE amounts of pollution that have literally created a huge Brown Cloud over Asia. Hundreds of thousands of people die each year because of this pollution.
With these bad environmental conditions becoming more apparent, China and India won’t be booming and will ahve to spend their resources fighting this, which can delay their growth. So is the USA really going to lose it’s power anytime soon?

One of my sister is 25 yrs old . Her height is 5″4 . Weight is 46kg. She’s has a very lean odd appearance.
She consulted her doctor for being very lean , and undergone many tests but everything is normal.
